Active members receive 5% off eligible plumbing services performed by Red's Plumbing. Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless approved.
LOCKED-IN SERVICE FEES
Your standard service fee is locked in while your membership remains continuously active and in good standing.
REPAIRS & ADDITIONAL WORK
Repairs, replacement parts, additional diagnostics, and services beyond included maintenance are quoted separately and require customer authorization.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Monthly Membership & Automatic Renewal
The Flow Pro Membership is $29.99 per month and automatically renews each month until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize Red's Plumbing to charge the payment method on file.
Annual Services
Includes one plumbing inspection and one water heater maintenance service per 12-month membership period. Services must be scheduled while the membership is active. Unused services do not roll over and have no cash value.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time by contacting Red's Plumbing. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Benefits remain available through the end of the paid membership period.
Payment & Membership Status
If a monthly payment cannot be processed, benefits may be suspended until the account is brought current. Re-enrollment is subject to current pricing, fees, and terms.
Red's Plumbing may update membership pricing, benefits, or terms from time to time, with notice as required by applicable law.

ANNUAL WATER HEATER MAINTENANCE
Help extend the life of your water heater and keep it operating safely and efficiently with annual preventative maintenance.
Maintenance Includes:
- Visual inspection of the water heater and surrounding area
- Check for visible leaks, rust, and corrosion
- Inspect water connections, valves, and accessible fittings
- Check the temperature setting
- Inspect the temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve
- Check for signs of improper operation or potential failure
- Inspect accessible venting on applicable gas water heaters
- Flush the tank to help remove sediment buildup on traditional tank-style water heaters
- Recommendations for needed repairs or preventative maintenance
TANKLESS WATER HEATERS
A visual inspection of tankless water heaters is included.
Tankless flushing and descaling are not included with the standard Flow Pro Membership and may be performed for an additional charge. Members receive their 5% membership discount on this service.

Water heater maintenance procedures may vary depending on the type, age, condition, accessibility, and manufacturer requirements of the unit.
Repairs, replacement parts, specialty maintenance, and additional services are not included unless specifically stated.
